YouTube Launch: I Was A Stranger and You Took Me In
Book launch is now live
As I said in a previous post, I was privileged to contribute to Lois Olena’s I Was a Stranger and You Took Me In: Pentecostal Responses to the Refugee Crisis.
In December, we hosted a closed-door book launch so that a limited audience could ask questions of contributors. But now we’ve released the video, and you can watch the whole thing on YouTube.
If you’re only curious about my section, I begin at about 1:11:00. Give it a listen and the comments are always open if you have more questions.
As we continue to debate the political matter of immigration in the US, my hope is that, at the very least, we can all agree that the church’s posture is supposed to be one of hospitality and evangelism.
